Evolving Systems Completes Delivery of Digital Engagement Platform to a Leading Mobile Operator in Eurasia
ENGLEWOOD, Colorado – December 5, 2017 – Evolving Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVOL), a leader in real-time digital engagement solutions and services, has today announced the successful deployment and commercial launch of the Evolving Digital Engagement Platform at a leading Eurasian Mobile Operator.
The new customer of Evolving Systems currently provides mobile services to more than 10 million subscribers and is one of the largest providers in the country with a 45% market share. As with many mobile operators, the carrier is faced with significant competitive pressures in their market and selected Evolving Systems’ solutions to increase its competitiveness. Evolving Systems’ platform has successfully been integrated with the carrier’s Business Support Systems (BSS) and is configured to maximize customer spend and to extend the customer’s tenure that increases the total customer lifetime value (CLV) through real-time engagement and offers.
