- A leading telecommunications provider based in Indonesia, offering wireless services, had a requirement to upgrade its solution for SIM ordering, as well as efficiently managing MSISDN, remaining SIM processes and voucher lifecycles in an effective and automated way.

- TNM, powered by its Warehouse Inventory Management capability, delivered the results they required which in turn helped them simplify the procedures for business users in the planning, sourcing, provisioning and distribution of new SIMs and vouchers into the market.

THE PROBLEM DEFINED

Historically, the operator was using a legacy card management system to manage numbers and resources. This required very complex and time-consuming manual processes to handle SIM resources, SIM logistics and inventory, which in turn caused discrepancies in the availability of stock and disparities with the availability and demand for those resources in the market.

THE EVOLVING SOLUTION

TNM resolves these discrepancies by removing manual processes and providing an automated answer for the general workflow supply chain, from forecasting, ordering, production, inventory, warehousing and distribution to the direct and indirect sales channels.

As a result, the complete SIM and voucher lifecycle now benefits from an intuitive user-friendly system-wide process, boasting enhanced functionality, features and integration with multiple existing systems at their site.
