We are looking for a Progam Lead to be responsible for developing and delivering programs and activities for Evolving Systems Major Accounts. You will be tasked with developing programs to support Evolving’s strategic direction of increasing its revenue from its major accounts. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program management and/or account management.
PROFILE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include:
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with Evolving Systems objectives and goals.
Developing innovative programs to support the strategic direction of Evolving Systems.
Creating and managing long-term customer, financial and growth goals.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including financial growth, customer satisfaction, and project delivery.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding upsell of solutions, project issues and technical support.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Input to strategy with the sales and marketing teams.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.
Proven experience of the Telecommunications Industry
Proven experience in program management.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing a team.
Understanding of project management.
