JOB TITLE:          Product Developer

EXPERIENCE:     5 Yrs

LOCATION:         Grenoble , France 

 

SCOPE & PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

In order to strengthen his R&D team aiming at developing integrated software solutions for telecom operators, Evolving is actively looking for junior or senior java developers with an experience in applications set up

 

PROFILE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position will include the following activities (among others):

  • Development of product features and packages

  • Test of developed software thanks to unitary test as well as end to end tests

  • Documentation of developed features in the product user’s guide

  • Participation in product feature specifications

  • Support the product on the long run

  • Deliver customer implementations with follow-up until complete acceptance (when required)

 

SKILLS PROFILE: 

The Java Developer/Engineer candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Telecommunication) or equivalent (Bac +2 and above). 

Required skills :

  • Java Development, Kafka and Redis knowledge or experience

  • Elastic Search, Linux and SQL knowledge

  • Solid knowledge of design patterns and object oriented concepts

  • Mastering development tools like Eclipse, Git and Maven

  • Sensible to performance optimization and high availability

  • Fluent in French and good command in English

  • Team player and excellent communication (internal and external)

  • Autonomy and Innovation

  • Ready for International Travels

 

EXPERIENCED DEVELOPER SKILLS: 

  • Sound knowledge or experience on telecommunications IT products and services in the market
  • Planning, reporting, quality documentation skills

 

OTHER SKILLS (PREFERRED):

  • Technical background including Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Networking
  • Capable of working in a very dynamic & challenging environment
