As a Technical Support Specialist you will be an essential member of our Customer Support team in Cluj-Napoca where you will participate in addressing customer inquiries and requests related to our Campaign & Loyalty Management Solution designed specifically for the telecom field. Under the direction of our Customer Support Manager, you will work closely with our developers to find solutions to problems and to help customers work through technical difficulties.

The right match will be passionate about what they do, able to work in a team, as well as independently, able to balance multiple priorities, pro-active and willing share their experience, attentive to details, available for travelling and for on-call schedules.

PROFILE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Your main responsibilities will include)

  • - Providing resolutions to our customers in a professional manner
  • - Troubleshooting capability
  • - Creating analytic queries on large data sets
  • - Performance tuning of key queries.
  • - Fault diagnostics, replication and problem resolutions
  • - Monitoring and alarms setup
  • - Reports development
  • - Continuous skills and knowledge improvements

  • - Database Servers: SQL Server
  • - C#, MVC, Angular.JS, JQuery

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:   

  • - IT background is a must
  • - Knowledge of supporting Linux OS applications and Bash scripting
  • - Knowledge of supporting Windows OS applications
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • - Availability for working in “on call shifts”

The following skills are desirable:

  • - Knowledge Kafka or Elastic Search technologies
  • - Knowledge of Docker
  • - Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle or MySQL
  • - Knowledge of database performance tuning techniques
