ENGLEWOOD, Colorado - Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and cable markets, today announced that a leading European carrier has selected the Company's Dynamic SIM Allocation™ solution to support the carrier's aggressive growth strategy for pre-paid customers.
Today, the carrier has a predominantly post-paid customer base but is looking to expand its distribution channel and its pre-paid customer base. After a competitive evaluation the carrier selected Evolving Systems' Dynamic SIM Allocation solution to support its growth strategy. The Dynamic SIM Allocation solution will enable significant business changes and avoid the need for extensive network expansion, which could prove both expensive and time-consuming. The solution will also remove the need to pre-provision SIM cards and allow the carrier to activate them at first use.

of sale without increasing the demand on retailer point of sale systems or
