12-Jul-2006 - Evolving Systems and IPS GmbH Announce Reseller Agreement for Emerging Markets in Central Asia and Eastern Europe

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado and BREMEN, Germany Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and IP carrier markets, and IPS GmbH, a systems integrator and IT reseller, today announced they have entered into an agreement for IPS to resell Evolving Systems' products and provide delivery and after-sales support in Central Asian and Eastern European emerging markets.

Bremen based IPS GmbH will market Evolving Systems' activation, mediation and numbering solutions, with particular focus on wireless carriers and new content providers. The products include:

  • Tertio™ Service Activation suite A high performance, multi-domain, next-generation service activation solution.
  • NumeriTrack - A full featured, number management solution used by service providers to manage their telephone number inventory
  • Evident™ - A convergent mediation solution, supporting voice, data and content services
