08-May-2006 - Major European Wireless Operator Selects Evolving Systems for Service Activation

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and IP carrier market, today announced that its Tertio™ solution has been selected by a major European wireless operator for next generation service activation.

The Tertio solution will replace the service activation component of the carrier's existing in-house developed subscriber management system. It will enable the carrier to implement a standards-based platform, provide improved support for new service offerings and help reduce the time and cost of bringing new services to market.

The contract demonstrates the value of the complete Tertio solution for wireless service activation, with the carrier using all the Tertio modules Service Activation, Activation Designer, Service Composer and Content Connector. The Tertio solution plays an important part in a new mission-critical service provisioning architecture that will allow the carrier to provide a superior customer experience across all sales channels and the full range of rich 3G voice and content services.
