08 January 2009 - Evolving Systems taps AT&T Business Solutions for Global Networking Services

New Contract Expands Two-Way Business Relationship Between the Two Companies

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Jan. 8, 2009 - AT&T Business Solutions announced today that Evolving Systems (NASDAQ-EVOL) has signed a three-year contract for a global networking solution and voice services linking company sites in the U.S., India and the United Kingdom.

Evolving Systems, a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and Internet Protocol (IP) carrier market, will begin using AT&T Virtual Private Network (VPN), which is an ultra-available, fully managed global VPN network, to streamline its voice and data communications across three of its core company locations. Evolving Systems expects the new network to improve operational efficiencies through information sharing, collaboration and IP telephony.

Additionally, as part of a mutual relationship, AT&T operating companies use Evolving Systems' NumeriTrack solution to support number inventory management for their wireless and wired business.

The new contract expands and extends an existing relationship between the two companies that spans more than a decade.
