Tertio Telecoms Limited, specialist in service provisioning and mediation, today announced it has changed its name to Evolving Systems Limited.

This is one of the integration steps following the acquisition of Tertio Telecoms by Evolving Systems, Inc. in November 2004. Stephen Gartside, President and CEO of Evolving Systems, Inc. commented, We are well on our way to becoming a truly global organisation. Teams from both companies have been working hard to combine our activities, taking the best from each company in order to improve as well as integrate. For example, our new look and feel takes Tertio's unique brand identity with the Evolving Systems name.

The Tertio name will not completely disappear. Tertio Telecoms' Provident activation suite will be renamed Tertio, building on the strong recognition of the company's leadership position in service activation.
