ENGLEWOOD, Colorado - Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions to the wireless, wireline and IP carrier market, today announced the launch of its new corporate identity and website.

Evolving Systems' new Website www.evolving.com reflects the changes in the Company following the acquisition of Telecom Software Enterprises and UK-based Tertio Telecoms at the end of 2004. A rich source of information about Evolving Systems, the Website incorporates improved navigation to investor, company, product and solution information. The new site highlights the Company's three areas of market leadership:

Activation - Solutions to activate new, complex bundles of voice, data and content services, offering service providers a lower cost of ownership, a competitive edge and improved quality of service.
Mediation & Assurance - Solutions to help carriers optimize network efficiency, contain operational costs, increase revenue and use critical data to provide top-notch customer service.
Numbering Solutions - To help carriers effectively manage telephone numbers including local number portability requirements, and to monitor and test these systems.

The corporate Website has been completely redesigned to reflect the Company's new corporate identity.
