06-Jul-2006 - Major Operator in Panama Extends Use of Evolving Systems' Tertio™ Solution to Enable Unified Provisioning

Expansion to integrate pre-paid and post-paid service provisioning

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and IP carrier market, today announced that it has entered into a contract with a major customer in Panama to expand its use of Evolving Systems' Tertio™ service activation solution.

The order follows the successful implementation of the Tertio service activation solution to support the operator's wireless services portfolio. The customer will be expanding its use of the solution to include service provisioning for all services across different payment modes prepaid and postpaid employing a unified provisioning layer for all wireless services on their GSM and TDMA networks. The operator will also implement Evolving Systems' Tertio™ Content Connector module to quickly and easily integrate next generation IP based services, such as content and interactive services.
