ENGLEWOOD, Colorado - Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and IP carrier market will be presenting its mediation and assurance solutions at Billing Systems 2005.

Evolving Systems' Mediation and Assurance portfolio provides a framework for network and operations efficiency, improved service quality and accurate billing, with proven support for quadruple play services - voice, data, video and mobile.

The Company's Evident™ and Mediation Central™ products provide a mediation layer to support both network and service data. NetVantage™, the Company's suite of network monitoring products, provides monitoring and management of network performance and service quality.

Evolving Systems will be demonstrating the Evident Data Designer at its stand B5 at Billing Systems 2005. Evident Data Designer is a graphical data format configuration tool that allows operators to support new binary and text data formats for both event and file-based processing. This product significantly reduces the cost and time required to support new and changed data formats, whilst also minimising configuration errors that could otherwise result in revenue loss or delay. Using this tool, data format configurations can be created, edited and tested offline and then uploaded to an Evident installation for live operation without requiring any code development or application downtime.

Evolving Systems' OSS specialists will be available at stand B5 to answer questions about these products and how they can be used to improve operator service efficiency.
