03 September 2009 - Evolving Systems Announces New Facility in Bangalore

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado - Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and cable carrier markets, today announced the opening of a new office in Bangalore, India, consolidating several of its previous Bangalore facilities.

Evolving Systems Networks India Pvt. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Evolving Systems, Inc., providing more than half of the Company's product development, testing and customer support capabilities. The new office, which now holds more than 120 employees, will provide a 30% expansion capacity with state of the art IT infrastructure, enabling the Company to scale and grow to support the demands of the business and its aggressive growth strategy, particularly for the Company's new Dynamic SIM Allocation™ product.

"Over the last five years, we've experienced more than 200% growth with 20% of that during the first half of this year alone," said Ram A. Dwivedi, general manager of Evolving Systems India. "It's not simply about providing low cost resources, but more specifically providing value in a cost effective manner."
