First win in the Malaysian market
Second new customer for the region this year

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and IP carrier market, today announced that Malaysia's leading telecommunications carrier has selected the Company's Tertio™ Service Activation solution. Evolving Systems will be delivering the solution with a regional partner.

The carrier selected the Company's Tertio solution to provide a single convergent service activation layer to support its pre-paid and post-paid fixed, mobile and broadband services. The carrier currently uses separate provisioning systems for each of its services, with a mixture of home-grown and legacy systems as well as manual processes. Launching new services with multiple provisioning systems was becoming increasingly costly and complex, particularly since not all of the systems were integrated with the carrier's CRM platform.

After a competitive evaluation, the carrier selected Evolving Systems' Tertio Service Activation solution, including the Tertio Service Composer, Tertio Activation Designer and Tertio Content Connector modules.

Evolving Systems will provide the core solution technology, as well as related technical and agent development services. The regional partner will develop custom functionality, service logic, configuration of business rules and provide dedicated in-country support.
