Core Benefits
All employees receive the following benefits at no cost from the day they join
us:
- Life Insurance: basic term life insurance protection
- Short and long-term disability: a portion of income while disabled
- Accidental death and dismemberment: benefits for applicable insured losses
- Holidays: seven specified holidays and three floating holidays
- Paid time off: accrued on a 'per pay period' basis
Flexible Benefits
Evolving Systems pays for a portion of certain benefits and provides each employee
with a flexible credit for additional medical and dental coverage. If employees
choose benefits that exceed the amount of flexible credit, they can use pretax
contributions to cover the additional costs.
Other Benefits
Employees can enroll in the following benefit plans and cover the cost through
payroll deductions:
- Supplemental life insurance
- Supplemental accidental death and dismemberment
- Supplemental long-term disability insurance
- Legal and identity theft protection
- 401(k) program (retirement plan)
Evolving Systems also offers a variety of outstanding benefits, including credit union membership, exercise facilities, and concierge services. These benefits will vary according to the employee's location and, because they are not all within our control, may change without notice.
