WVA awards

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Dynamic SIM Allocation™ Prize Draw.
  2. Eligibility: Only persons over the age of 18, who are residents of jurisdictions where it is not prohibited by law, are eligible to enter. THIS PRIZE DRAW IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Evolving Systems, Inc. or its subsidiaries, associated companies, professional advisers, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the prize draw.
  3. Entry can be via web submission, email or post:
    For web submission: access www.evolving.com/dsa/index.html, enter the requested contact information and press 'submit' to request the Evolving Systems white paper 'Evolving Systems Dynamic SIM Allocation Solution.'
    For Email submission: send an e-mail message to dsa@evolving.com, with the following information in the body of your message: name, full address (incl. postcode), and e-mail address.
    For submission by post: Send your name, full address (incl. postcode) and e-mail address (if available) to the following address:

    Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address for the entire Prize Draw Period.
  4. Prize Draw Period: 00.00 GMT 22nd July 2008 to 23.59 GMT 30th December 2008
  5. By entering into the Dynamic SIM Allocation Prize Draw, entrants agree to the terms and conditions set forth and acknowledge that failure to comply with them may result in disqualification.
  6. Postal entries will be eligible next working day after receipt for next prize draw date. Only one entry per stamped envelope. No bulk, third party, incomplete or illegible entries accepted.
  7. The winner will be the first eligible entry selected at random on each prize draw date from the valid entries received by each date listed in section 8 below. Delivery of the prizes will be made within 1 calendar month of each prize draw. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All selected potential winners will be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility form by the date specified on the form.
  8. The winning prize ("Prize") is a MacBook® Pro worth approximately £1500.00, or one of 3 iPod® nanos worth approximately £130.00 each. The prize draws will take place as follows:
    There are four prize draws:-
    i) Prize Draw 1: 29th August 2008, with 1 iPod nano being won.
    ii) Prize Draw 2: 31st October 2008, with 1 iPod nano being won.
    iii) Prize Draw 3: 31st December 2008, with 1 iPod nano being won.
    iv) Prize Draw 4: 31st December 2008, with 1 MacBook Pro being won.
    All entries must be received before 23.59 GMT prior to the date of prize draw to be included in
    the corresponding draw. Limit: one (1) Prize per entrant.
  9. Potential winners will be notified within 5 working days following the applicable drawing date by e-mail and/or mail. In the event that Evolving Systems is unable to contact any potential winner within a reasonable time or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, an alternate winner may be drawn at Evolving Systems discretion. The original entry will be forfeited. All taxes and other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  10. The names of the winners will be available after the following dates. To receive a list of the winner(s), please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: DSA Prize Draw - Winner's List, Evolving Systems, Ltd., Riverside Buildings, 108 Walcot Street, Bath, BA1 5BG, UK.
    i) Prize Draw 1: winner's name available 30th September 2008.
    ii) Prize Draw 2: winner's name available 31st November 2008.
    iii) Prize Draw 3: winner's name available 31st January 2009.
    iv) Prize Draw 4: winner's name available: 31st January 2009.
  11. By entering the prize draw, you agree to take part in any publicity relating to the prize draw by Evolving Systems if you are invited to do without further compensation. Acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to have his or her name released in a winner's list which will be made available to the public.
  12. Evolving Systems Ltd. may use personal data submitted in an entry form for the purpose of administering the promotion in accordance with its stated rules. Such rules may require the publication of abbreviated winners' identity details, and may require winners to participate in future publicity, if they are invited to, without further compensation.
  13. Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Evolving Systems Ltd. for the purpose of promotional activity in the future.
  14. No cash equivalent to a Prize is available and each Prize is non-transferable. Evolving Systems Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions or change the Prize (to one of equivalent value) as required by the circumstances.
  15. Evolving Systems Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from participants taking part in the prize draw. Evolving Systems Ltd. gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize.
  16. Evolving Systems is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or illegible, or other invalid, unsuccessful or incomplete registrations, whether as a result of any network, computer hardware, software or postal failure of any kind, or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
