Oros joined the Company's Board of Directors in March 2008. He serves as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee as well as the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is a founding partner of Global Domain Partners, LLC, a managed futures company that uses advanced optimization modeling as a predictive tool for worldwide markets, currencies and commodities. In addition, he is Chairman of Drop Test International, Inc., which is an international counterinsurgency, intelligence and security assistance company providing advisory and training support to governments and non-governmental organizations. Oros is also Chairman of Surroundart, Inc. which is a full service fine arts company specializing in exhibition design, fabrication, mount making, art installation, packing, crating, shipping and storage.

Oros was formerly the Chairman and CEO of Aether Systems, Inc., a leading provider of wireless and mobile data solutions for the transportation, fleet management and public safety industries. Oros currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and is a member of the Mayor's Baltimore Broadband Task Force.

Oros received a B.S. in mathematics and physics from the University of Maryland, and holds a U.S. patent for a multi-function radar system.
