Evolving Systems - Board Members

	Stephen K. Gartside, Jr. Chairman of the Board Gartside became Chairman in April 2007 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 2004. In March 2009 he assumed the position of President of Newton Running, a privately-held company specializing in the design of performance running shoes. From 2004 to 2007, Gartside was President and Chief Executive Officer of Evolving Systems. Gartside joined the Company in 2001 after eleven years in sales, marketing, and sales management positions with NCR and AT&T GIS.

	Thad Dupper President & Chief Executive Officer Dupper, promoted to Chief Executive Officer in April 2007, joined the company in 2004 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with more than 23 years' experience in the telecommunications technology industry.

	Bruce W. Armstrong Board Member Armstrong was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2007. In September 2008 he was named Chairman of the Board and CEO of Kickfire, innovators of the first high performance analytics appliance for MySQL. He currently serves as a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee.

	Philip M. Neches Board Member Dr. Neches joined the Company's Board of Directors in August 2005. Neches is Chairman of Foundation Ventures LLC, an investment bank serving information technology and life science companies. He currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee as well as Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee.

	David J. Nicol Board Member Nicol was appointed to the Board of Directors in March 2004. Currently a consultant in the IT services industry, Nicol also serves on several advisory boards. From December 2005 until December 2008, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Solutionary, a managed IT security services provider. Nicol also serves as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee as well as Chairman of the Compensation Committee.

	Steve B. Warnecke Board Member Warnecke joined the Company's Board of Directors in March 2003. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Bacterin International, Inc., and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Children's Hospital Foundation. Warnecke currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

David S. Oros Board Member Oros was appointed to the Board of Directors in March 2008. He currently serves as Chairman of NexCen Brands, Inc., a leading vertically integrated brand acquisition and management firm. Oros is also Chairman of Surroundart, a full service fine arts company.

	Richard R. Ramlall Board Member Ramlall joined the Board of Directors in March 2008. He is the Senior Vice President, Strategic External Affairs and Programming at RCN Corporation, a leading broadband provider of video, data, and voice services to residential, business and commercial/carrier customers.

John B. Spirtos Board Member Spirtos, 44, was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2009. He has served as Executive Vice President of privately-held GridPoint, Inc. since June 2009. GridPoint provides smart grid solutions to producers and consumers of energy. From June 2008 until May 2009, Mr. Spirtos was Senior Vice President of Comverse Technology (Pink Sheets: CMVT), a provider of billing and messaging software to the global communications industry.
